Agile Coach

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to work closely with our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in establishing, enhancing, and maintaining agile processes across our organization. This role is not just about coaching; it requires significant hands-on involvement in implementing agile methodologies and ensuring their adoption across teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in agile implementation and be capable of driving complex tasks to completion with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Take an active role in implementation and ownership of agile methodologies across teams and divisions.
• Collaborate with the CTO to design, implement, and refine agile processes tailored to the needs of various teams within the company.
• Collaborate closely with R&D and technology teams to foster stronger collaboration, contributing to the development of new solutions.
• Conduct hands-on work to ensure the successful adoption and integration of agile practices, including setting up tools, workflows, and frameworks.
• Provide one-on-one and group coaching to teams and individuals to help them understand and adopt agile principles.
• Implement strategies to enhance team performance, productivity, and delivery through continuous feedback and adaptation.

Candidate requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in agile roles, including Agile Coach and Scrum Master, with a strong focus on hands-on agile implementation in technology-driven environments.
• Proven success in establishing and improving agile processes in fast-paced environments.
• Deep practical knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, along with proficiency in agile tools like Jira and Confluence
• Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), or equivalent are highly desirable.
• A solid understanding of software development processes is required.
• Fluency in English.
