Business Development / Product Marketing Lead (DOT Product)

Job Description

Innovatrics’ DOT Business Unit is expanding rapidly and we are seeking an experienced tech marketer to join our team as Global Marketing Lead. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with the Product Team, Central Marketing, and International Sales to build the global profile and increase the market penetration of Innovatrics’ fastest growing product.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business growth opportunities, verticals and strategic partnerships
• Develop and continuously enhance DOT sales process
• Cooperate on the product revenue target definition together with the Sales team 
• Assist the sales team with the  pipeline development and continuously monitor its progress 
• Help the Sales team with important sales meetings (primarily with presentations/demos) and key accounts
• Act as a key link between the DOT team and Sales ready to speak with the partners and end-customers if needed; provide regular feedback to inform the team about the market situation 
• Together with the Marketing team, take care of the DOT Sales Kit (data sheets, white papers, battle cards and presentations) - ensure the most recent versions are available at the defined internal and external touch points.
• Develop and implement the DOT Global Marketing Strategy clearly defining the following:
  • Who is the customer
  • Use case/problem we’re solving
  • Exhibition selection criteria, messaging
• Communicate Innovatrics’ value proposition to the market through thought leadership content, webinars, and presentations at industry conferences
• Work closely with the Marketing team to design marketing campaigns that cover social media and web. Set KPIs for the campaigns and evaluate the conversion rate
• Develop and own the go-to-market strategy for new DOT features
• Be the face of DOT at internal company events and regular product breaks, inform the rest of the company about new product features and development status

Candidate requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of product marketing experience within the B2B technology sector, ideally in digital identity, fraud prevention, or fintech
• Excellent communication and presentation skills - you can communicate complex, large scale concepts clearly and concisely
• Excellent (C2) English is a must
• Comfortable in a fast-paced scale-up environment
