Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Revenue team at Innovatrics. As a BDR, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by identifying and engaging potential clients for our cutting-edge biometric solutions. You will be the first point of contact for our prospects, creating impactful connections and contributing to the growth of our business. This role involves reaching out to leads from all over the world and cooperating with our existing teams of account executives in three regional teams: EMEA, APAC, and AMERICAS. Responsibilities

🌍 What You'll Do:

Help us drive new business revenue by converting Marketing Qualified Leads into qualified opportunities.
Engage with potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn, to introduce our biometric solutions.
Own the process of qualifying inbound leads and scheduling meetings for account executives to drive our pipeline generation.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to drive lead generation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activities and customer interactions in our CRM system (Zoho CRM).
Stay informed about industry trends and new technologies to improve our lead generation and lead to opportunity ratio.

Candidate requirements

Previous experience in sales, preferably within the tech sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients.
Highly motivated and target-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Proficiency in CRM software, with experience in platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho CRM.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Fluency in English is required; additional language skills in Spanish and Portuguese are a plus.
