Channels Sales Manager

Job Description

The main focus of Channel Sales Manager will be to grow the company's revenue by attracting and closing new partner relationships as well as developing existing partners around the globe. Our partners are largely system integrators and solution developers, who utilize Innovatrics core technologies in their end-customer products.

Responsibilities

• Identify high value leads and convert them into partners who will use our biometric technology in their offering.
• Business development involves research of customer’s business and requirements, scheduling appointments, preparing and delivering presentations.
• A key responsibility will be to educate and support both new and existing partners, understand their own product offering, as we are often approached by end customers whom we need to connect with the correct partner.
• Participation in regional exhibitions and other events is also vital.
• You will be closely cooperating with integration consultants, product managers and marketing managers within Innovatrics DOT product team.

Candidate requirements

• Business development experience in B2B within a software area is required.
• Experience with sales in the biometric area is a plus.
• A university degree is recommended.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written and the ability to talk to potential clients with confidence.
• Highly developed presentation skills are essential.
• Excellent English in both spoken and written form is mandatory, proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
• Research and analytical skills, strategic thinking.
• A responsible approach to work, ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel, flexibility
