The Chief Sales Officer (CSO) is a key senior executive role responsible for the planning and execution of the sales strategies, initiatives, and objectives of the company. The CSO will work closely with CEO and Business Unit Directors (Product teams ABIS, Digital Onboarding Toolkit and SmartFace) to develop and implement short- and long-term sales plans that support the company’s overall business objectives.
The CSO will be responsible for hiring, managing and developing the multinational sales team on different continents. The global sales team consists of 3 PODs, each having a dedicated Business Development Managers and Business Consultants (technical presales), operating in Americas, EMEA and APAC regions (currently 13 people in total). The ideal candidate will have experience in sales management, and a proven track record of achieving sales goals with his/ her team.
