Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

• Reception and Office Management: Lead and supervise reception operations
• Fleet and Insurance Management: Oversee company vehicle maintenance, insurance, and compliance, ensuring all assets are properly managed
• Facility Oversight: Manage the upkeep of the premises, coordinating with suppliers for cleaning, maintenance, and other services
• Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure the workplace meets all Health, Safety, and Fire Protection regulations, conducting regular inspections and maintaining records
• Event and Policy Coordination: Organize company events, write, and improve office policies to enhance team collaboration and efficiency.

Candidate requirements

• Experience in office and facility management
• Valid Category B license
• Fluent in Slovak & English 
• Strong problem-solving abilities, technical aptitude, and attention to detail
• Excellent time management, communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
