Job Description

Our Solutions team is a technical authority engaged in the process of selling, analyzing, deploying and operations of our Innovatrics ABIS product around the world. This position offers a great opportunity for someone with software development experience to move into a consultancy role. 

You will help our partners and customers to use our Innovatrics ABIS in the best way possible to make their use cases (including elections, passport issuance, border control and more) as smooth as possible.  

At Innovatrics, you will be a part of a closely cooperating expert group of people including system engineers, project managers, product owners and software developers offering a lot of learning opportunities.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of technical solution of our projects
• Communication and building strong relationships with customers and working with their technical and expert teams
• Providing domain and product expertise during project delivery for our clients
• Identifying and solving complex technical issues of our partners
• Coordinating internal development and delivery teams from technical point of view
• Requirements collection from customers and feature analysis together with product analysts team
• Preparation and execution of product and biometric trainings for customers and employees
• Performing Proof-of-Concepts and advanced analyses for potential partners
• Project data collection and analysis with a focus on resolution of complex problems
• Legacy data analysis and migration from past versions or external systems
• Contribute to product and project documentation and knowledge base, including training materials
• Maintenance and creation of internal tools to increasing project delivery efficiency
• Advanced and high-level technical support of Innovatrics ABIS product

Candidate requirements

• Responsible approach to work, ability to work independently and in stressful environments 
• Analytical approach to solving complex problems, ability to clearly describe the situation and suggest a solution strategy 
• Advanced programming skills in at least on mainstream programming language such as Java, Kotlin, C#, Python, Go 
• Knowledge of SQL, database systems and data analysis 
• Excellent technical verbal and written communication skills in English 
• Ability to deliver high quality written outputs, diagrams, analyzes and presentations 
• University education in technology or economy/business area 
• Willingness to learn new programming languages and technologies 
• Willingness and capacity to learn and become a technical expert in the biometric domain 
• Flexibility and willingness to travel on short business trips to destinations mostly in Asia and Africa. Traveling represents around 20% of working time

What Would Make You Stand Out :

• Knowledge of biometrics and biometric technologies  
• Experience with consulting software integrations  
• Experience with enterprise system migrations  
• Experience with project management and deliverables handling  
• Knowledge of Spanish, French, Arabic, Mandarin or other world languages ng represents around 20% of working time
