Strategic Marketing Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a Strategic Marketing Lead  with a solid global B2B background to join our team. This role is critical in driving our business forward by developing and executing innovative marketing strategies. 

This role reports directly to the Chief Executive officer, while working closely with Head of products and the wider management team of Innovatrics.

Responsibilities

Strategy Development and Execution

• Developing and executing Innovatrics’ overall marketing strategy.
• Understanding consumer buying behavior to develop and implement overall marketing strategies and plans that align key target markets with product offerings.
• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Working closely with other members of the management team to determine which products or solutions should be marketed, how they should be presented to customers, and devising strategies on how best to reach those customers.
• Leading the initiative of bringing new products to market through cross-functional teams and partnering with sales and product/solution teams.
• Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.

Brand Management

• Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing outputs and deliverables.
• Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts.

Campaign and Initiative Management

• Optimizing existing marketing campaigns and initiatives for sales and client conversion.
• Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications, PR and Creative.

 Market Analysis and Research

• Provide market analysis and segmentation.
• Driving research and analysis of key customers and assisting in developing a consolidated business unit customer strategy.
• Research and evaluate industry best practices and make them available to Innovatrics.

 Team Management Business Planning

• Hiring, training, and managing the marketing team members to maximize their individual potential.
• Managing the business planning process by gathering key inputs from various teams, analysts, and other business units.

Candidate requirements

• MBA or related Master’s degree.
• Proven senior-level marketing experience, preferably in biometrics or related tech industry.
• Global Marketing Experience
• Expertise in B2B and B2G marketing strategies.
• Skills in developing, executing, and evaluating marketing strategies and market analysis.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Comprehensive digital marketing and analytics expertise.
• Experience in effective budget management.
