Responsibilities
- Together with the product management team, contribute to the product strategy definition and plan
- Understand market and business needs, analyze and transfer them into clear product requirements
- Prepare functional specification, user stories and user scenarios
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog according to product roadmap
- Together with software development teams deliver product releases on time and in expected quality, ensure correct understanding and implementation of the business requirements
- Coordinate with other internal teams and external teams and UX designer
- Supervise QA process
- Create and maintain product documentation or supervise its creation with other team members
- Cooperate with external suppliers - requirements, specifications, follow up and handover for outsourced SW development
Candidate requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the field of software development and analysis
- University degree, preferably in computer science or a similar field
- Experience with analysis of complex software solutions or products
- Analytical approach to solving complex problems, orientation on detail
- Strong technical background
- Ability to take ownership and responsibility for given SW products
- Familiarity with agile SW development methodologies
- Friendly attitude and willingness to help others
- Good communication skills
- Ability to talk to technical developers and business managers
- Willingness and ability to learn a new domain
- Flexibility, reliability, responsible approach
- Fluent in English written and spoken
