As a global leader in biometrics we are always on a lookout for new passionate people that could join our International Sales team. As a Business Development Manager you will become a trusted partner to our clients, helping them understand the innovations that come with our biometric technologies. You will be communicating internally across diverse structure of teams to ensure the best fitting solution for the customer.

Job Description

  • Focus on finding new potential partners and business deals in global markets
  • Growth and development of existing partnerships
  • Sales analysis in the segment, setting development strategies
  • Responsible for delivering upon sales targets
  • Defining partners needs and feedback to the product development team
  • Close cooperation with technical consultants

Candidate requirements

  • Technical or business university degree
  • Strong focus on information technology
  • Previous experience with international sales of IT/software solutions.
  • Excellent English language
  • Knowledge of any other foreign languages is a plus
  • Willingness to travel all around the world (cca 30% of time)
  • Driven, highly self-motivated, strong account management and relationship building skills, goal -oriented and conscientious
