As an Enterprise Emerging Account Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Innovatrics’ enterprise business. You will be responsible for developing and managing a high volume of small-to-mid-size inbound accounts across key enterprise verticals - including platforms, banks, telcos, and OEMs - and helping them grow into strategic partnerships. This role is focused on account development, inbound lead handling, and automation of low-touch account journeys, as well as partial outreach for identity verification as a service.
You’ll help Innovatrics scale by ensuring that every small customer is guided effectively from first contact through onboarding, adoption, and expansion. You’ll also help design and maintain the automation systems that allow this process to run efficiently at scale.
