With hands-on experience in development, system engineering, support, and project management, you'll gain insights into different roles, helping you discover where your skills and interests align.

What You Will Do:

• Transition through various teams, each specializing in distinct technical domains within IT, with assignments lasting 3 to 6 months
• Gain hands-on experience in roles like system engineer, developer, consulting, product and project management.
• Engage in department-specific tasks and contribute to team projects on an ad hoc basis.
• Opportunity to build foundational technical and soft skills, with a focus on keeping up with current industry trends 

Candidate requirements

• Currently enrolled as a full-time student working toward a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related IT discipline (not in their final year of study) 
• Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with Linux and Java/familiarity with other programming languages or tools is a plus.
• An eagerness to explore different technical roles and gain exposure to various functions within an IT organization.
• Dedication to personal and professional development, with a high standard of excellence.
• A positive attitude, openness to learning, and a willingness to work cross-functionally and rotate between departments to gain diverse insights.
