In your day-to-day work you will mostly work with tech stack based on RHEL, Ansible, AWS, GitLab, Grafana, Bash, PostgreSQL and Oracle, but you will have an opportunity to learn about and work with technology stack including Docker, Keycloak, K8s, MinIO, Redis, Ignite, Open Telemetry, Python, Java and last but not least our in house developed biometric algorithms, SDKs and products.

This is a great opportunity for System Administrators to go beyond managing on-prem infrastructure. With us, you can even travel to countries like Indonesia, Peru, Kenya, Brazil, Mexico, Jordan, Thailand and many more.

Candidate requirements

Responsibilities:

• Preparation, installation, configuration and administration of our Innovatrics ABIS product
• Monitoring of existing systems and solving incidents, providing support for existing partners
• Improvement of internal tools and procedures for deployment, monitoring and support of Innovatrics ABIS
• Cooperation with colleagues from the ABIS Business Unit (Consulting and Engineering) on product and procedure improvements
• Traveling all around the world will be a considerable part of the work (up to 25%)
• Training our partners technical team in ABIS administration

• Responsible, independent and a proactive approach to work
• Analytical approach to resolving complex issues and the ability to clearly communicate the solution
• Team player with the ability to share (and also absorb) knowledge and cooperate with colleagues
• Active English and Portuguese
• Unix/Linux server administration on advanced level
• Knowledge of administration of database technologies
• Knowledge of networks and networking technologies

What would make you stand out:

• Experience with any technology mentioned in our tech stack
• Knowledge of Spanish, French or other languages
• Biometric knowledge and experience with biometric systems
