IT Project Manager – Biometric Software Solutions

Responsibilities

• Ensure the successful delivery, acceptance, and ongoing support of our software solutions, maintaining strong client relationships and high satisfaction levels
• Administer and manage project tasks, risks, issues, and changes to maintain smooth and efficient project execution
• Oversee project execution to ensure alignment with the project plan, budget, and quality standards, delivering exceptional value to the client
• Collect, analyze, and report relevant project information to both the customer and internal management for transparency and informed decision-making
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to support all phases of the project lifecycle
• Collaborate closely with technical delivery teams, as well as development and product teams, ensuring alignment and seamless integration throughout the project.
• Travel to meet the client around the world (max 10% yearly)

Candidate requirements

• University degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role
• Solid understanding of IT software and infrastructure; familiarity with biometric software or security solutions is a plus
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and best practices; certification (such as PMP or PRINCE2) is advantageous
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills, with a proactive, goal-oriented approach
• Quick learner with a professional and responsible work style, able to work independently
• Friendly, cooperative, and team-oriented attitude
