Responsibilities

In your first months, you’ll explore...

• Internal operations and collaboration frameworks across different teams like Finance, Sales, HR, Security,  IT, etc.
• AI-powered tools that support project delivery and automation Key initiatives including process  redesigns, ISO audit preparation, internal metric definition.

As you settle into the role, you’ll start contributing by...

• Leading cross-functional projects with defined scope and timelines.
• Running meetings, generating insights, and communicating results using AI-supported tools.
• Designing scalable processes and building adoption plans for new systems and frameworks.

Within your first year, you’ll have the opportunity to...

• Own and evolve strategic initiatives like truth source implementation, knowledge hubs, and internal planning cycles.
• Partner directly with the COO and department leads to define operational metrics and reporting structures.
• Build scalable, automated frameworks that improve compliance, performance, and employee experience.

About You

You’re a tech-savvy project and process manager who thrives in dynamic environments. You see ambiguity as an opportunity to create clarity and scale. You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally with minimal hand-holding.

You challenge the status quo, manage up with ease, and always look for the smarter way to get things done: ideally once, and automated forever. You already use AI tools as part of your daily workflow,  driving real execution and measurable results through them.

Qualifications

• Project Execution: background in leading internal projects across business units 
• Process Design: Strong background in process optimization, including SOP creation and continuous improvement.
• AI & Automation: Hands-on experience with AI tools
• Change Management: Skilled in coordinating organizational changes and driving adoption of new tools and processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to engage and align stakeholders across diverse functions.
• Communication & Structure: Exceptional communicator with a structured, problem-solving mindset.
• Standards Familiarity: Comfortable with ISO 9001 and 27001 frameworks.

Bonus Points For

• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile PM, or ISO auditor certifications.
• Experience in a fast-paced tech, SaaS, or scale-up environment.
• Prior ownership of ERP implementation, BI/reporting system setup, or internal process audits.
• Data-driven thinking and a habit of documenting, iterating, and scaling improvements.

• Reporting: Power BI (with Copilot), Tableau GPT

Level

This role is at Level O4 – Medior 2.

As a Medior 2, you’ll take ownership of complex, often vaguely defined cross-functional initiatives and structure them into actionable steps. You are expected to operate with high autonomy, making sound decisions that align with company goals, while proactively involving stakeholders when broader implications, like costs or consistency, are at play. You’ll model strong collaboration and communication, and continuously seek smarter, AI-powered ways to improve how we work.

Compensation

At Innovatrics, we offer highly competitive salaries because we value top talent focused on creating meaningful impact. Compensation is based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Base salary is starting from 2 700 EUR / Month.
