Job Description

Why This Job Is Exciting

As an Enterprise Account Manager (Emerging Accounts), you will play a key role in shaping the future of Innovatrics’ enterprise business. You will be responsible for developing and managing a high volume of small-to-mid-size inbound accounts across key enterprise verticals - including platforms, banks, telcos, and OEMs - and helping them grow into strategic partnerships. This role is focused on account development, inbound lead handling, and automation of low-touch account journeys, as well as partial outreach for identity verification as a service.

You’ll help Innovatrics scale by ensuring that every small customer is guided effectively from first contact through onboarding, adoption, and expansion. You’ll also help design and maintain the automation systems that allow this process to run efficiently at scale.

Responsibilities

You’ll have the opportunity to:

Within one month, you will…

  • Complete onboarding and product training focused on IDV (Identity Verification) and access control solutions and other enterprise solutions
  • Learn our CRM, automation tools, and account segmentation modelTake ownership of a portfolio of early-stage enterprise accounts

Within three months, you will…

  • Run automated onboarding and engagement flows for emerging accounts
  • Handle discovery conversations and qualify upsell or expansion potential
  • Collaborate with PreSales and Product teams to ensure account satisfaction
  • Start identifying 5–10 accounts ready for growth or transition to key account status

Within six months, you will…

  • Own scalable engagement across your entire portfolio using automation tools
  • Successfully transition some accounts to higher-tier support - Major Accounts
  • Proactively monitor account usage and engagement metrics
  • Launch or refine automated customer journeys based on data and feedback

Within one year, you will…

  • Deliver measurable pipeline expansion and account development impact
  • Ensure your portfolio has above-average retention, usage, and customer satisfaction
  • Play a key role in developing our playbooks and automations for the enterprise segment
  • Be recognized as the go-to person for turning small wins into long-term value

Candidate requirements

About You

You are an empathetic, organized, and tech-savvy account manager who thrives in fast-paced environments. You enjoy building structure, streamlining engagement, and guiding customers to long-term value. You are not afraid of handling multiple emerging accounts -  in fact, you embrace it and think in systems, automation, and scalable solutions. 

Qualifications

  • Least 2 years of experience in B2B account management (ideally in SaaS/Tech) 
  • Proven ability to manage a large volume of accounts through structured workflows
  • Strong communication and consultative skills; comfort speaking with enterprise contacts globally in English 
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., ZOHO) and customer engagement tools
  • Experience in biometrics, identity verification, or security software is an advantage

Techstack (for your daily work)

  • ZOHO CRM - automation or make.com 
  • Email automation platforms (e.g., apollo.io)
  • BI/Reporting tools (optional but helpful: Qlik, Zoho analytics)
  • Google Workspace
