As a Senior Software Engineer, you will develop features and changes based on our customer needs for project delivery purposes. You’ll have the opportunity to:

Within one month, you will…

• Undertake trainings and get to know our solutions
• Get familiar with the team, our toolset and the way we work
• Fun begins (implement algorithm to distribute voters to voting centers, design textual deduplication) 

Within three months, you will…

• Full participation in development
• Contributing to Epics and Stories definition
• Fun continues (wrap ABIS API using MOSIP spec, tweak ABIS migration)

Within six months, you will…

• Work on designing and development of multiple features and solutions
• Support production systems
• Fun culminates (identify patterns in customer’s requirements)

Within one year, you will…

• Deliver several successful projects
• Learn about our solutions and various customer use cases
• Be there when a new solution emerges

Candidate requirements

About You:

You are a self-sufficient developer, generalist, who likes to work on a broad spectrum of problems, figuring out creative solutions. You are not afraid of helping with stories or epics specifications and can think on your feet. You are not focused on which programming language to use, but on solving the issue at hand. 

Qualifications:

• Ability to contribute to Front and Back End code bases
• Ability to create new features or components
• Out-of-the box thinking
• Can do attitude
• Experience with system integrations
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices, SOLID principles, and design patterns where applicable.

Techstack:

• Java, Kotlin, C#, Python or other major programming languages knowledge
• SQL, REST API, MQ, Git
• (optional) CI/CD, DevOps, Ansible, AWS, Docker, K8s, MinIO, Keycloak, Redis, Ignite, Open Telemetry
• (optional) Biometrics SDKs, platforms and solutions
