Technical Product Manager (ABIS Product)

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy Implementation: Contribute to the development of the ABIS product in alignment with the overall product strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic goals into functional specification, driving innovation and maintaining a clear focus on delivering value to our customers.
• Feature Development Design and Planning: Lead the design and planning of new features, ensuring adherence to design guidelines, resource availability, and product requirements. Develop detailed feature specifications and roadmaps.
• Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with Development teams to oversee the implementation of features, ensuring they meet the required quality standards and are delivered within the agreed time frame. Facilitate communication between teams to resolve issues and ensure alignment.
• Requirement Translation: Collaborate with the Delivery and Project teams to translate project requirements into actionable product features. Ensure that these features align with project timelines, product strategy, and sustainability goals.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal stakeholders to gather feedback, communicate product updates, and manage expectations. Foster strong relationships to ensure product success.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all developed features undergo rigorous testing and meet the high-quality standards expected by our customers.

Candidate requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong technical background with a good understanding of software development and architecture.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to design and manage the development of complex product features.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
