Many companies have trouble finding employees for their positions. In Innovatrics, every job vacancy gets 20 replies on average. In the past year alone, almost 1,500 people were interested to work for Innovatrics
More and more companies and governments need biometric technology for their applications and systems. Innovatrics solutions have become a mainstay in this field. Our SmartFace has, for example, been used to secure the G20 summit in Bali, Indonesia – protecting the world’s most important politicians.
The more such opportunities we get, the more people we need. Just in the past year, we needed to fill almost 70 vacancies not only in the technical field, but also in administrative and sales positions. For each of those vacancies, 21 people applied on average, with the total number of applicants reaching 1,430 people. Total number of employees has crossed 200 this February.
“Companies in Slovakia have trouble filling vacancies with qualified applicants. Our experience shows, however, that an interesting job with good benefits in a technological company will certainly get attention,” says the Head of HR in Innovatrics Daniela Vackova. “Out of all those people, we have narrowed them down to three hundred relevant candidates and selected 68 new employees. Most work in our HQ in Bratislava, Slovakia and our R&D hub in Brno, Czech Republic. 10 percent of our new people are based in Latin America, Middle East, Asia and Pacific.”
This means that Innovatrics has doubled in size in the past five years. “Many of our colleagues still remember how we welcomed our 100th employee in January 2018. In February 2023, we surpassed 200 employees,” adds Daniela.
Innovatrics’ growth is mainly thanks to the people who have passed the careful selection process and are able to deliver solutions that compete with the largest players in the field.
